Todd Kassaw is an accomplished trial lawyer, with experience in such cases as premises liability, trucking and auto accidents, first party insurance and arson, oilfield accidents, employment and discrimination claims, will contests and veterinary malpractice. Todd's background and personality enables him to relate quickly and easily to an East Texas jury. This has certainly been a factor in the numerous favorable jury verdicts he has attained over the years. In recent years, he has also developed a practice in Wills & Probate, Mediation, and general civil matters.

Todd has been married to his wife, Kimberlie, for 31 years. They have two grown children, who both live and work in Lufkin, Texas. He enjoys saltwater fly fishing, maintaining his saltwater aquarium and Texas Aggie Football.
